Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail with the exception of Same Day Delivery, shipping prices are reflective of mainland UK only (England, Scotland & Wales). If however, you do require an item to be shipped further afield please do get in touch and we will do our best to arrange something.

Deliveries are fully tracked and tracking information will be provided on dispatch, you should also receive a notification from Royal Mail with a more accurate date and time of delivery once your parcel has been received and scanned at the depot.

Order before 4 pm to receive your parcel that same day. Please note this delivery option has a limited radius of South Yorkshire and Worksop, we will contact you directly to arrange a suitable drop-off time that works best for you.

​Please note that delivery times are only an estimate and not a guarantee. If you request your parcel to be left in a safe space we can not be held liable if your parcel goes missing after confirmation of delivery.

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched, although we do aim to dispatch that same day some orders may take longer. Orders placed after 4 pm will not be dispatched until the following working day.
