Customers buying from J Read's Books & More can rest easy. Returning an item is a hassle-free process and customers can return any item to us within 30 days of ordering.

​

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase, the product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

​

With the nature of our business, it is expected for our books to be well-loved and used, all images of the books on our site are true to the condition of the book received and are also as described in the condition on the description page of each product.

​

With this in mind, we only offer a refund on products that have been shipped wrong or damaged. We do not offer refunds if you find the product unsuitable after 30 days. If you are unhappy with the product for a valid reason, we will offer an exchange at no extra cost.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund accordingly. The money will be refunded to the original payment method, please allow 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show in your account.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If a return shipping fee is required, then if the reason for the return is down to a mistake at our end, we will of course cover this cost. If the reason for the return is not due to a mistake on our part customers are required to arrange and pay for their own return shipping. It is always best to get in touch with us to confirm a return first.
